14 days to change your mind

If you change your mind, you can return unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

How to return

1. Send us a message at help@streuae.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return.
2. We confirm the return and arrange a free pick-up from your address in the UAE.
3. Once the parcel reaches us and we've checked it, we refund you.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 working days to appear on your statement.

Opened products

For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened or used products, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, delivery included.
