Check your rhode barcode
Every rhode product has a barcode under the box (12 or 13 digits). Type it here and we'll show you which rhode product and shade it belongs to.
A matching barcode shows the number belongs to a real rhode product. It can't prove a box was never opened, so if the seal, print or texture looks wrong, message us before using it — we'll sort it out.
Only authentic rhode
Every product we sell is genuine rhode. We don't sell testers, grey-market stock or look-alikes.

Our products reach us through rhode's distribution in the UAE. We don't buy from resellers or marketplaces.
Stored the right way
Lip and skin formulas are sensitive to heat. Until they leave us, products are kept in a climate-controlled warehouse, away from heat and sun.
Sealed and untouched
Each product leaves in its original sealed packaging. If a seal is broken when your order arrives, please don't use it — message us and we'll replace it.

Something doesn't look right?
Message us with a photo of the box, the barcode and your order number. We'll look into it with you and, if anything is wrong, replace the product or refund you.
