How long does delivery take?
We deliver to all seven emirates in 1–5 working days. You get a message with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is AED 15, and free on orders over AED 150. The fee is shown in your bag before checkout.
How can I pay?
By card or Apple Pay at checkout. Prices are in AED.
Can I return a product?
Yes — unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Message us and we will arrange it.
Is it authentic rhode?
Yes. Every product comes through rhode distribution in the UAE, is stored climate-controlled and arrives sealed.
Are there extra fees at checkout?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Delivery is AED 15 and free on orders of AED 150 or more, and it is shown in your bag before you pay.
How do I choose my shade?
Each shade has its own photo and colour on the product page. Not sure? Send us a message and we will help you pick.
How are products stored?
In a climate-controlled warehouse in the UAE, away from heat and sun, until they leave for delivery.
