Where we deliver

We deliver to all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah — to homes, apartments, offices and hotels.

How long it takes

Orders are prepared on working days and usually arrive within 1–5 working days. Your bag and every product page show an estimated delivery date before you pay. Around public holidays such as Eid and National Day, please allow one extra day.

Delivery fee

Delivery is AED 15, and free on orders of AED 150 or more. The fee is shown in your bag before checkout, so there are no surprises at the end.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves us, you receive a message with a tracking link. Our courier contacts you on the day of delivery; if you are not available, they arrange a new time with you.

Packed with care

Skincare and makeup don't like heat. Your order waits in a climate-controlled warehouse until it leaves, and it is packed sealed and padded so it arrives exactly as it should.

Add your building or villa number, area and a phone number we can reach you on — it helps your parcel arrive on the first try.
